Status

We do not yet publish a public uptime history. This page documents how to report and follow up on service issues during launch.

Reporting an issue

If the API is unreachable, an extraction is failing repeatedly, or your dashboard or billing surfaces are misbehaving, email support@untangledapi.com with the request ID from the failed response and an approximate timestamp. We monitor that inbox during business hours and triage urgent issues as they come in.

What we monitor internally

We watch the Worker for error spikes, Stripe webhook health, and Supabase availability. A public status page with historical uptime is on the roadmap; for now the support inbox is the canonical place to ask whether something is broken on our side.

Planned maintenance

We will email account owners ahead of any planned maintenance window that is expected to interrupt API requests for more than a few seconds.
